500 kV变电站自动化系统实时远程维护实现梁运华,沈梦甜

摘要:利用IEC60870—5—1 O4远动规约支持TCP/IP网络协议和其他现有资源,实现了在集控自动化主站实时远程维护500 kV子站智能设备,包括远动通信工作站、后台服务器等。通过在500 kV变电站自动化系统和集控主站分别搭建远程维护子网,结合2 M专用远动通道,实现了远程实时维护子站自动化设备,特别实现远程遥控复归异常远动通信工作站。该维护方法有效提高缺陷处理及时性、相关设备利用率,在湖南省5 00 kV电网得到推广。

Realization of real-tim e remote maintenance in 500 kV substation autom ation system

(Hunan Provincial EHV Tranmission& Transformation Bureau, Changsha 410015,China) Abstract: The paper uses IEC60870-5—104 remote statute to suppo~ TCP/IP network protocol and other existing resources. At the sam e time, it researches and realizes remotely maintaining 500 kV substation intelligent device, such as telecontrol communication workstations,background servers etc,in the main station centralized control automation system in real time.Through setting up remote maintenance subnets in 500 kV substation automation system and in center controlled main st~ion respectively,together with2M digit telecontrol channels,the automatic device ofsubstation remote real—time maintenance is realized.What’S more, it helps the remote reseting of exceptional telecontrlol communication workstations. The real-time remote maintenance method handles defects more timely and improves the utilization ratio of related facilities.This m~hod has been widely used in the 500 kV power system in Hunan province.
