摘要：针对华东电网调度运行的实际需要，研究了以调度运行为核心的知识管理系统建设方案。从调度开展知识管理的必要性和调度知识管理的建设目标人手，明晰了调度知识管理的定位，建立了调度专用的知识地图，确定了调度知识管理系统的功能，理顺了调度知识管理与公司知识管理的关系，为华东网调开展知识管理和建设知识管理系统奠定了基础。

Abstract：According to the actual needs of East China Power Grid dispatching operation，the construction scheme ofknowledge management system taking the dispatching operation as the core was studied．From the necessity of develo—ping knowledge management and the construction goal of dispatching knowledge management，the localization of dis—patching knowledge management was defined．The Dispatching specialific knowledge map and the functions of the dis—patching knowledge management were established．Th e relationship between dispatching knowledge management and company knowledge management was straightened，which laid the foundation for East China Grid to develop the knowledge management and to construct the knowledge management system．
