<P class=MsoNormal align=left><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉是新型洁净煤能源技术,针对各工程煤种进行特殊设计是非常必要的,这就要求建立一定规模的循环流化床燃烧(</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFBC</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>)中试装置,对不同工程燃料进行试烧试验,确定其燃烧脱硫特性、成灰特性以及排放特性等。国外大型</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉(</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">≥100MW</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>)技术主要分三个流派:以</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">EHE</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>换热器为特征的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">LURGI</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>技术、以汽冷分离器和</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">INTREX</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>换热器为特征的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">FW</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>技术和以</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">Ω</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>管屏为特征的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">PYROFLOW</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>型技术。各个技术流派的公司均建有</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFBC</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>中试装置对新产品开发提供技术支持。为适应</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉技术的发展,国电热工研究院于</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">1993</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>年建成</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">1MWthCFBC</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>试验台。</SPAN><SPAN><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal align=left><SPAN>西安热工研究院(</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">TPRI</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>)致力于国产大型</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉研究开发,先后设计开发出国内自主知识产权</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">50MW</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>、</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">100MW</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>、</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">200MWCFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉。其中国产</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">200MWCFB</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>锅炉将安装在江西分宜发电厂,采用</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">TPRI</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>专利技术紧凑式分流回灰外置换热器(</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">CHE</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>),锅炉由哈尔滨锅炉厂生产。为研究该锅炉的运行控制特性,</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">TPRI</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>投资建设了带有分流回灰外置换热器的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">3MW<SUB>th</SUB></FONT></SPAN><SPAN>大型循环流化床燃烧试验台。</SPAN><SPAN><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
