<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN>云南滇能弥勒发电有限公司<SPAN>1</SPAN>×<SPAN>135MW</SPAN>机组工程装设一台<SPAN>440T/h</SPAN>循环流化床锅炉,锅炉型号为<SPAN>HG-440/13.7-L.HM10</SPAN>型,由哈尔滨锅炉厂有限公司制造,是国内首台燃用褐煤的<SPAN>135MW</SPAN>等级、一次中间再热的循环流化床锅炉。配置两台内径<SPAN>8080mm</SPAN>、高<SPAN>8484mm</SPAN>高温旋风分离器和两台风水联合式冷渣器;给煤系统配置两条给煤线从锅炉后墙经四条回料腿给煤;启动燃烧器配置:四台床下燃烧器、两台床上燃烧器。<SPAN><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoBodyText><FONT size=5><SPAN>炉渣的可靠排放是循环流化床锅炉稳定运行的基础。我厂</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">440t/h</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>循环流化床锅炉配套两台风水联合冷却选择性排渣冷渣器,锅炉排渣采用锥形控制,冷渣器主排渣口用旋转给料阀控制渣量,第一室和第三室设置有粗渣放渣管。存在的问题主要是排渣量大,粗渣太多,常导致灰渣流化破坏、冷渣器内结焦;另外一个问题就是炉膛排渣口堵塞排不出渣。</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoBodyText><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman"><FONT size=5>(3)</FONT><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN></FONT></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><FONT size=5>回料腿出口密封盒向外泄漏物料处理。由于回料腿出口在密相区,压力、温度均很高,略有裂缝便有物料向外泄漏。密封盒浇注保温浇注料后封孔和密封盒焊接质量影响较大;另外,回料腿内衬耐火浇注料烘烤质量影响也特别重要,只要有裂纹就容易发生泄漏物料并烧坏锅炉外护板。我们与江苏宜兴兴发炉业工程有限公司技术人员到现场进行多次分析,采取内外兼治的办法,用江苏宜兴兴发炉业工程有限公司生产的刚玉耐磨耐火可塑料从内侧进行补漏,外侧把好密封盒焊接质量关,取得了较为满意的效果。</FONT></SPAN></P>
