<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </FONT></SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>运行中,当汽、水品质不合格时,要适当增加活动主汽门、调速汽门活动次数和范围,做好安全措施。</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">5. </FONT></SPAN><SPAN>运行中发现主汽门、调速汽门、抽汽逆止门卡涩时,要及时消除,消除前要有防止超速的安全措施,必要时要加装快速关断阀,主汽门卡涩不能立即消除时,要停机处理。</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">6.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>在机机组正常启动或停机过程中,应严格按运行规程要求投入汽轮机旁路系统,尤其是低压旁路;在机组甩负荷或事故状态下,旁路系统必须开启。机组再次启动时,再热蒸汽压力不得大于制造厂规定的压力值。</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>7. </FONT></SPAN><SPAN>运行中定期抄表和巡回检查及微机监视仪表变化时,密切注意调速汽门开度和负荷关系,根据调速汽门的压力变化情况,防止门座升起或瓦拉下移,使调速汽门不能严密关闭,发生甩负荷时超速。</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </SPAN>11. </FONT></SPAN><SPAN>坚持调速系统静态特性试验,汽轮机大修后或处理调速系统缺陷更换调速部套和重新整定以后均应做汽轮机调速系统试验,调速系统的速度变动率和迟缓率应符合技术要求,一般规定速度变动率为额定转速的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">3-6%</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>,迟缓率不大于额定转速的的</SPAN><SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman">0.5%</FONT></SPAN><SPAN>。</SPAN></FONT></P>
